This article is a review of the Felicity movie and lists several events that occur during the movie.
I hadn't noticed but Samantha's movie was An American Girl Holiday, Felicity's is An American Girl Adventure. What will Molly's or Kit's or whoever is next be?

Very interesting. Thanks for the link. It seems like they are staying pretty close to what happens in the book. The only thing that stood out was that Lissies father is the one they say helps out Mr. Cole when he is jailed. I wonder if they will include the raid at the magazine. Considering that thats a fairly large event and not included in the summary, Im guessing not. The author noted that Lissie takes to the lessons and that seems out of character, but personally thats one of the things I love most about her. Lissie isnt just a one-dimensional tomboy. Shes a 'spunky' girl who likes to be out doing something but that doesnt mean she doesnt appreciate some feminine things. Either way, that review just got me even more excited about the movie!!

I hate it when they talk about Felicity in the movie being a doll come to life. Felicity is a character. She is not a doll in the books and she is not a doll in the movie. There is a doll of Felicity.
It is just like with Marisol in all of those negative articles from chicago. They referred to her as a doll who bashes their suburbs etc. but their beef was with the books, not the doll itself. Marisol is a character in the books, not a doll in the books.
I love the dolls, and the characters, but it drives me nuts when they refer to the characters in the books as dolls. The movie is taken from the books. Without the books, the Felicity doll doesn't have much of a story.
